The Elite x2, head to head it’s hard to beat.

Read Hilsenteger’s review.

When it comes to business 2-in-1 devices, the new sleek Elite x2 is attracting fans, like Lewis Hilsenteger from Unbox Therapy. He’s put it through its paces and is of the opinion that the Elite x3 has several features that will leave other two-in-one devices firmly in second place.

It isn’t mushy or flimsy like some other stuff out there Lewis Hilsenteger Unbox Therapy

Firstly, let’s look at its stunning design. Lewis likes the fact it ‘isn’t mushy like other stuff out there’. He is also a fan of ‘the way the magnetic keyboard slips out of the frame and then becomes the kickstand for when it’s being used in tablet mode, and how the ergonomic keyboard can also be re-attached flat or at an angle.

It doesn’t stop there. Beneath the sleek exterior there’s an Intel® Core™ m7 Processor at the Elite x2’s heart. HP recommends Windows 10 Pro for Business and it comes loaded and ready to go.1 It allows users to quickly and easily switch between Tablet Mode and Desktop Mode. Other favourite features from Lewis include a fingerprint reader and self-healing Bios for security, and quality front and rear cameras for video-conferencing.

And just like the EliteBook Folio (another premium HP business machine that Lewis is a fan of), the Elite x2 also undergoes military-grade testing. This means it’s been dropped from 91cm onto wood and from 51cm onto concrete, and the kickstand has been endurance tested through 10 thousand cycles. In short, it’s the ultimate device for busy (or accident-prone) mobile workers.

HP has also designed a service offering which helps you buy the Elite x2 with no upfront cost. HP’s Device as a Service offering is a cost-effective way to immediately get hold of your new favourite device, and keep it running smoothly by monitoring the performance, anticipating threats and regularly performing maintenance.
