Making energy usage social

The company

enffi wants to make energy consumption something people share with friends. How? By turning it into a game. Users of the start-up's app not only get a clear, easy-to-understand view of their energy usage, but can compare their habits with others to see who's most efficient. The app is still in development, and the team is busy refining their offering and pitching to high-profile investors and partners.

In order to launch enffi, Max traded the safety and security of the corporate world for the scrappy life of a start-up entrepreneur. But even in his previous role as Knowledge Consultant at Accenture, he was focused on energy and the public sector – laying the groundwork for his move into social enterprise. Max is currently heading up the company's operations in Berlin, working hard to help enffi grow.
